Crystals with Handmade Jewellery
Jane has been crafting crystal jewelry for over 20 years giving design and technique credit to many sources: 2 generations of women teaching her how to work with thread like material; and fine arts instructors teaching proportion, colour theory and design, in all mediums including metal and stone. Her passion for crystals reaches back to childhood walks along beaches collecting fossils, interesting rocks and glass. Being inspired by Mother Nature’s beauty, she has chosen to enhance it by creating beautiful and memorable artistic pendants, earrings and bracelets. In addition to these artistic creations, Jane takes fun in creating whimsical wire sun catchers and ornaments as well as Mandala paintings. She will travel to the far reaches of Southern Ontario for psychic and craft shows. South Central Ontario is the preferred travel for smaller party venues. At home or in-studio workshops, of no more than ten, can be arranged for one on one guidance and instruction on the more intricate steps of wire wrapping crystals.
Jane will work with the customer, in person or via internet, to create a design for a special crystal or to select a crystal to wear, carry, or use to complement an intention. She enjoys sharing stories about crystals, their unique properties, folklore and crystal gridding. Jane has a great love and care for Mother Earth’s gifts and resources and takes pride in promoting their beauty, as well as being honored by your choice to wear her creations.
In-home studio sales can be done by appointment. Sales of pieces posted on social media can be shipped worldwide via Canada Post. Payments are accepted by cash, e-transfer, Square and PayPal.

As a longtime fabric artist/printmaker, discovering the medium of wire has been like wandering into a new playground for the first time, seeing strange yet invitingly familiar equipment.
I’ve learned that copper and silver wire can also be knitted, crocheted, woven, twisted, braided and embossed to create one-of -a kind pieces of jewelry.
I’m continuing to let my curiosity discover new ways of borrowing old techniques to create wire formed jewelry, integrating crystal gemstones, beach glass and found objects with a wire design, often with surprising results!
Setting an intention with a corresponding crystal is made even stronger when its gemstone becomes jewelry. Carry it, wear it, tuck it under your pillow, or leave it on display: every time you see or touch it you will be reminded and supported.
